Imagine if you remove the walls from your house…that’s a pavilion! With an open floor plan seamlessly connecting kitchen, dining, and living spaces, pavilions provide the creature comforts and innovations you’ve typically only seen in the main house.

Reducing dependency on main house amenities and allowing the pavilion to be a sustainable element inside the overall pool/landscape environment has always been our design intent. The open floor plan layout promotes flow and accessibility between spaces, allowing everyone to be part of the conversation.

Our Custom Designed Pavilions Can Offer The Following:

  • Full kitchen with cabinetry and countertops.

  • Dining space large enough to accommodate up to 12 guests.

  • Full living space with couches, sofas, coffee tables, chairs, and area rugs.

Landscape lighting provides safety and security during the nighttime hours. However, a well-designed lighting system can provide the needed safety and security, but also highlight certain aspects of the landscape. This integrated approach adds value and transforms the overall character of a property, giving it an almost mystical quality. Working closely with our technicians, we choose the appropriate lighting locations, and fixtures to subtly illuminate and enhance all active and passive outdoor spaces.

Our irrigation systems are designed to accommodate the watering needs of all turf areas, as well as the individual groupings of plants, assuring the landscape receives adequate water throughout the season. Our systems also have smart controllers with wireless capabilities allowing us to make remote adjustments based on changing weather conditions, rainfall, and temperatures. We thoughtfully choose the appropriate type of irrigation method, either overhead watering or drip irrigation to make the most effective and efficient use of water.

WELL-DESIGNED PLANTINGS

Through trial and observation over the years, we have compiled a palette of plants that are as functional and hardy as they are beautiful, many of them deer resistant. Well-designed plantings can offer functional and aesthetic value to any property. Property line evergreen plants, for example, can provide privacy from a neighboring house. However, a "layered" screening approach, utilizing the foreground, middle, and backgrounds, can be an even more effective approach in some applications where complete property line screening is not an option.
