Featured in the New York Times, we designed and developed an outdoor living space that masterfully blends luxury, privacy, and style. Our transformation of the property created the perfect retreat for both intimate gatherings and vibrant gatherings of family and friends..

The centerpiece is a stunning pavilion opposite the main house, equipped with a full kitchen, sound system, heaters, integrated lighting, custom fireplace, advanced entertainment setup and a full bathroom.  It features extensive living and dining areas, extending the outdoor season from early spring to late fall, serving as both a heart for entertainment and a cozy retreat.

Integrated seamlessly are a pool and spa, bordered by an expansive patio, ideal for relaxation. The property boasts a sport and tennis court, enhancing leisure activities.

Privacy is fortified with a retaining wall, and the landscape highlights diverse greenery. Sustainable materials like clear cedar and stone were used, emphasizing both beauty and wellness.
