Partnering with a celebrity chef at their home in the North Fork, we embarked on a thrilling project to create an outdoor living experience that seamlessly integrates with the surrounding natural scenery of neighboring farms and vineyards. This exceptional project won an Innovation in Design Award from HC&G.

Our vision was to reimagine how the homeowners could use this space while honoring the existing farmhouse and barn. We integrated a negative edge pool against the barn, maintaining the natural feel with stone elements and lush green lawns. Our custom-built pergola, designed for entertaining, offers an open, airy space with sophisticated lighting for evening gatherings.

Additionally, we incorporated walkways, gardens, an outdoor shower, and custom bluestone retaining walls for privacy and aesthetic appeal. These features enhance the property’s natural flow and connection with the environment. The design also included additional trees, privacy elements, and gardens to blend seamlessly with the landscape.
