We embarked on an innovative project to create a stunning pavilion on a smaller property footprint. Our mission was to design an outdoor living space that allows the homeowner to enjoy an extended outdoor season.

Our team seamlessly integrated the pavilion with the main house, creating a harmonious flow between indoor and outdoor living spaces. The pavilion features a fully appointed outdoor kitchen with Wolf appliances and an expansive island, perfect for entertaining guests and promoting healthy cooking. Strategically placed next to the kitchen, we designed a double-raised garden with herbs and organic vegetables, providing the homeowner with easy access to fresh, homegrown produce.

The pavilion includes a spacious dining and living area, integrated lighting, including Serena and Lily pendants, enhancing the ambiance for outdoor gatherings. Skylights were strategically placed to flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Equipped with built-in heaters, the pavilion extends the outdoor living season, allowing the homeowner to comfortably use the space from early spring through late fall. The use of natural stone and natural materials adds to the pavilion’s aesthetic appeal, making it one of the most remarkable properties in the village of East Quogue.

The backyard was further reimagined to bring in well-appointed gardens, various trees of differing depth and dimension and landscape lighting to complement the pavilion, creating a serene and inviting environment. This project stands as a testament to our ability to maximize space while creating luxurious, functional outdoor living environments that our clients can enjoy from May through November.
